Terms of Service

I. GENERAL
- YAB+, Bibo+, and TBSE permissions apply.
- All assets created are properly sourced and credited when possible.
- All upscales created follow the permissions of their original author(s).
- All official uploads will be found on Ko-fi, Payhip, Heliosphere, and XMA.
- Due to all products being digital goods, all purchases are final and refunds are limited.
- Any and all terms are subjected to change at any time.II. PERMITTED ACTIONS
- Sharing early access products with others is allowed, as long as said products are not redistributed to third-party websites (see Section III).
- Edits of early access products are permitted, but must remain private until products become public.
     - Alternatively, upscales of early access products can be shared with Key to add to the main download. Or be added to the #additional-upscales channel of the members section in the official Discord server.
- All public work may be edited for transformative use, as long as credit is attributed back to the original author (Key).
     - This is included but not limited to: re-fits (upscales/downscales), texture edits, mashups, etc. Certain restrictions apply (see Section IV).
- All public work may be used in commissions, unless stated otherwise.III. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
- Any uploads made outside of official hosts (Ko-fi, Payhip, Heliosphere, XMA) are unauthorized and not permitted.
- Redistribution of early access products to any third-party website is strictly prohibited.
     - If discovered to redistributing said products, access to these products may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
- Re-selling any product(s) is strictly prohibited. This includes early access paywalls, perma-vaulting, and Discord booster exclusives.
- Under no circumstances should any products be scraped for generative AI algorithms.
- Using any products to promote hate speech and/or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
     - This is included but not limited to: NSFW Lalafell, shota/lolicon, illicit content involving minors, racism and racist portrayals, bestiality, and any rhetoric that may promote harm against marginalized individuals.IV. EDITING RESTRICTIONS
- You may not, under circumstances, use any products or works in conjunction with the following creators:
     - Caroline (Elysium Mods), Nyaughty, Noffletoff, Cielous/Chuuni Doll, Lye (Hex Mods).
- In the event of re-fitting any works to another body, you may not re-fit to the following bodies listed below:
     - Any Gen3 body, Kitten, and NeoLithe+ and its variants.
- While public ports of RueXB+ and its variants are prohibited, private ports and sharing within private groups are permitted.
- If editing any products that resemble real world cultures, producing NSFW versions of said products is strictly prohibited.
- If wanting to port assets into another game for free use, please contact Key for details. Porting to other games without permission is otherwise prohibited.Any additional questions or concerns may be redirected to Key:
